Our estate is not only home to our vineyards, but also our small winery; this is where the grapes come in after harvest and undergo their transition from grape to wine. From the start, our aim has been to try and make the best wine possible from these vineyards.

And while we firmly believe that the quality of wine is determined mostly by the quality of the grapes, we decided to invest in the best winemaking equipment we could find: A Bucher Vaslin wine press, small stainless-steel temperature-controlled Speidel tanks and oak barrels from Francois Freres Tonnellerie in Saint Romain, Bourgogne. Nothing but the best for our grapes, nothing but our best wines for you.
