Misinterpretation, delays or transmission of orders and messages resulting from the use of Internet or other communication between you and EBURON Winery, EBURON Winery is not liable, unless and to the extent there might be intentional or gross negligence of EBURON Winery.

Wine-Specific Conditions

The prices for the products and services offered are in Euros, including VAT unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. Payment shall be made through the online payment system (Mollie). Their terms and conditions apply. After acceptance of payment through the Mollie payment system, EBURON winery confirms your order by email and details of the delivery of products and/or services will be announced.

EBURON Winery expressly reserves the right to change prices without prior notification. EBURON Winery is entitled to refuse orders or attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. EBURON Winery cannot accept orders placed by persons under eighteen (18) years of age.

The minimum order size for wines is 3 bottles. Shipping charges are €10. These shipping charges are waived for EBURON Club members. For shipments outside of Europe, a quote can be obtained by email. Our wines are customs cleared in Belgium. Please note that, depending on local regulations, any country may charge for additional excise duties. We cannot take any responsibility should additional charges occur.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the obligation to check whether the products meet the agreement upon delivery. In case of damage to the shipment, you should notify EBURON winery as soon as possible by telephone +32 472 98 24 81 and/or and in any case within five working days after delivery, in writing by email to welcome@eburonestate.com. If it is demonstrated that the products do not meet the agreement and are damaged, EBURON Winery will require the products to be returned to EBURON winery, Luikersteenweg 557, B-3700 Tongeren, and replaced by new products or to refund the invoice value.

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. EBURON Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. EBURON is entitled to use third parties to deliver your orders. When your wine order is picked up by a carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

If, at the time of consumption, the wine is flawed, we will replace or refund you for you purchase. In order to provide a replacement, we require the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle and closure. We are unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please contact us to arrange for the return of any flawed product. Once the wine is received we will replace the wine or refund the cost of the wine, less shipping and handling.

If your order is shipped to the customer and returned back to EBURON Winery because the carrier cannot complete delivery, for instance if you stated an incorrect address, we will refund you the cost of the wine less a €25 restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Returns are only accepted if the original packaging including the labels of the product is undamaged. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

The EBURON winery delivery times of wines if mentioned are indicative only. Late delivery does not entitle you to compensation nor the right to cancel your order or to terminate the agreement, unless the delay in delivery is such that you cannot reasonably expect to maintain the agreement. You are then entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement if necessary.

If you for whatever reason do wish to refund a purchased product, you have the right to do so within 14 days after delivery and/or pick up at EBURON winery. Returns must be to EBURON Winery,  Luikersteenweg 557, B-3700 Tongeren. Returns are only accepted if the original packaging including the label of the product is undamaged. The costs for returns are at your expense. Upon arrival, your returned goods will be inspected and if accepted, you will be credited without delay.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Belgian law applies to all rights, obligations, offers, orders, agreements and conditions. All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Belgium. All wine is sold by EBURON Winery, the Limited Company registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Belgium under no. 1008.896.703. EBURON Winery is registered with VAT# BE1008.896.703
