Where we grow our grapes
The Vineyards at
EBURON estate
At EBURON estate, we have 1.5 hectares of vineyards planted to Chardonnay (for still wine but also for our Brut sparkling wine), Pinot Noir, Syrah and Auxerrois. All our grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a rigorous selection process; only the best grapes make it into the barrel. Our grapes grow on silex soils, a mixture of clay, limestone and silica, especially suited for growing quality grapes, the start of every great wine.
For the wine nerds among us; in 2015, 1341 Pinot Noir vines, 1254 Chardonnay vines and 644 Auxerrois vines were planted. In 2022, we added 900 Pinot Noir vines, 969 Chardonnay vines and 651 Syrah vines. We just purchased a new vineyard, which we will plant in 2025. This brings the total to almost 3 hectares of vineyards.
