Wine is made in the vineyard
We put our heart and soul into caring for the grapes throughout the growing season. We aim to harvest perfectly ripe fruit, with great acidity, that requires little intervention in the winery. She subsequently described and scored our wines as follows:
Blanc de blancs: Fresh, crisp with a fine mousse and texture. I enjoyed EBURON’s answer to Champagne. 16+
Chardonnay: Fully ripe fruit, a light-green veggie note, an attractively well balanced wine. 16.5
Auxerrois: Smells of good quality savoury oak. A pretty nice wine. 16
Pinot Noir: Very pure nose, no obvious oak, a very pretty wine, very promising. 16.5+

Our barrel-aged Chardonnay, our flagship wine, features tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and pear. Silex soils and elegant oak create a balanced, smooth wine with a long finish.

Our first blends date back to 2016
We created our first wine brand in 2014; BUCKET wines. For these wines, we work together with our international client winemakers to produce our own unique wine blends. While our dream to have our own winery came true in 2023, when we started EBURON estate, we are still very proud to offer a selection of our BUCKET wines.
